Facing South to South-East, the property enjoys sunshine throughout the day while remaining naturally sheltered from prevailing winds. Just a 10-minute walk from Kinsale town centre and approximately 10 minutes on foot from The Dock Beach and riverside walks.

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the property, parties and events are not permitted. Folly House is intended as a place of relaxation, comfort and quality time — not for excessive drinking or loud celebrations.
The property is not suitable for children under the age of 6. The grounds are not fully enclosed and include several features that may present hazards to young children.
Parents and guardians must maintain close and constant supervision of children at all times during their stay.
